Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 2 years experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance consumer experiences.
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to core product platforms that support digital interactions.
- Minimum 2 years of digital industry experience focused on consumer needs.
- A Bachelors Degree or equivalent military experience.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in web and client-side mobile platforms.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience as a Product Owner within an Agile development framework.
- Preferred: MBA qualification.
- Preferred: Familiarity with databases, ETL processes, and related data infrastructures.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a central data strategy for the Retail Bank.
- Create data platforms that leverage emerging technologies to enable real-time, intelligent decision-making.
- Engage with customers, associates, designers, technologists, and data scientists to devise innovative solutions.
- Encourage transformative change by posing audacious questions and employing test-and-learn methodologies.
- Craft narratives that reshape perspectives on product development and problem-solving through the utility of software.
- Foster a self-sustaining community by establishing essential foundations, assembling suitable tools, and integrating efficient products.
