Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management
- Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or related quantitative field)
- Alternatively, a Masters Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration is acceptable
- Experience in translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products is preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and business partners
- Develop the product strategy and enhance payment experiences to cater to diverse customer needs across various personas
- Drive the modernization of payment types and innovative solutions in a cloud-based, real-time environment
- Lead cross-functional teams to address customer challenges and ensure organizational alignment
- Analyze user experiences and operational efficiency while managing risks related to products
