Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field) plus 5 years of data analytics experience
- Masters Degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration plus 3 years of data analytics experience
- PhD in a quantitative field
- Hands-on experience with Python, Scala, or R for at least 3 years
- Proficient in machine learning with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong skills in SQL with at least 3 years of practice
- Familiarity with AWS technologies
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a diverse team of data scientists, software engineers, machine learning engineers, and product managers to develop AI-driven products that transform customer interactions with their finances
- Utilize technologies such as Pytorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, and more to extract insights from large data sets
- Act as a subject matter expert in NLP, adapting and fine-tuning LLMs for customer-facing applications
- Design, implement, and validate machine learning and NLP models, working closely with engineering teams to deploy them efficiently
- Employ effective communication skills to translate complex technical findings into actionable business objectives
- Innovate and experiment with new generative AI technologies to enhance customer experiences
