Requirements
Must:
- Currently holds or is pursuing one of the following degrees with an expectation of completion before the start date:
- Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related) with 5 years of experience in data analysis
- Masters Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative focus with 3 years of experience in data analysis
- PhD in a quantitative field
- Preferred: Masters or PhD in a STEM field with relevant experience
- Specialized experience in Information Retrieval, Recommender Systems, Reinforcement Learning, and GenAI application development
- At least 3 years of experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and machine learning
- Minimum 1 year of experience with AWS
- Hands-on experience with large language models and open-source tools
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a diverse team of data scientists, software engineers, machine learning engineers, and product managers to design AI-driven products that transform customer interactions with finance
- Utilize a wide array of technologies, including Pytorch, AWS Ultraclusters, and Hugging Face, to extract insights from massive datasets
- Serve as the authority on Natural Language Processing (NLP), leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for customer applications
- Develop and refine machine learning and NLP models through all stages, from conceptualization to deployment in scalable production systems serving millions
- Employ strong communication skills to convey complex technical work in terms of achievable business outcomes
