Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps Engineering (Internship experience excluded)
- At least 3 years of experience in Cloud Native technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Minimum of 4 years of Unix or Linux system administration experience
- At least 2 years of experience in people management
- Preferred: 7+ years in DevOps Engineering
- Preferred: 4+ years of coding and scripting experience (Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, Perl, Ruby)
- Preferred: 4+ years with technologies such as Apache Mesos, Marathon, or Apache Spark
- Preferred: 4+ years using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, Docker)
- Preferred: 2+ years with distributed database systems (Cassandra, ElasticSearch)
- Preferred: 2+ years experience deploying clustered web services
- Preferred: 2+ years working within Agile Development Practices
Responsibilities
- Lead diverse technology projects and a team of developers skilled in machine learning, distributed microservices, and full stack systems to create compliant solutions
- Maintain a passion for keeping up with tech trends, experimenting with new technologies, participating in technology communities, and mentoring peers in the engineering field
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver efficient cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially
- Utilize programming languages like Java, Python, SQL, Ruby, and Go, alongside Container Orchestration services (Docker, Kubernetes), CM tools (Ansible, Terraform), and various AWS tools and services
