Manager, Data Science - GenAI Assistant

- Collaborate with a diverse team of data scientists, software engineers, ML engineers, and product managers to develop AI-driven products that transform software development - Spearhead innovative research and development in Generative AI (GenAI) to advance conversational AI and create scalable digital assistant solutions - Optimize and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific conversational contexts and improve inference processes - Utilize a wide array of technologies, including Python, AWS, PySpark, LangChain, LangGraph, HuggingFace Transformers, vLLM, and VectorDBs - Serve as a subject matter expert in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to apply and adapt LLMs for specific business needs - Propel innovation by designing, training, evaluating, and deploying cutting-edge NLP models in collaboration with engineering colleagues - Convert complex AI/ML research into actionable business initiatives that enhance customer interactions through real-time digital assistance
