Lead iOS Software Engineer - Petersburg

- Create iOS client code solutions that align with product strategy and adhere to best engineering practices, design principles, and guidelines - Collaborate with Software Engineers, UX/UI designers, Quality Engineers, and Product Owners to produce engaging and high-quality customer experiences - Actively engage in agile ceremonies, ensuring team commitments are met on schedule and with high quality - Serve as a proactive advocate for the mobile platform in both internal and external developer communities - Stay updated on all mobile development technologies (Swift, Kotlin, third-party libraries, etc.) - Influence and contribute to group discussions and integrate feedback from the wider team - Mentor junior to mid-level team members - Network with developers outside the local sprint team across various areas (Android, iOS, APIs, Web, etc.) - Take ownership and lead major components and platform initiatives in collaboration with senior engineers and architects - Consistently share best practices and enhance processes within and among sprint teams - Identify technical challenges early and partner with the team to devise innovative solutions - Review pull requests to ensure compliance with Swift and other language standards
