Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience not counted)
- At least 3 years of experience developing iOS applications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Swift
- Masters Degree preferred
- Over 5 years of experience building iOS applications preferred
- More than 4 years of experience with Swift preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in open-source frameworks preferred
- Over 2 years of experience with Agile practices preferred
Responsibilities
- Create iOS client code solutions aligned with Product Strategy and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, UX/UI, Quality Engineers, and Product Owners/Analysts to provide quality customer experiences that are both engaging and straightforward
- Actively engage in all agile ceremonies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery for team commitments
- Advocate for the mobile platform within developer communities
- Stay updated on all technologies relevant to mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, third-party libraries, etc.)
- Contribute to group discussions and incorporate feedback from the larger team
- Mentor junior to mid-level team members
- Foster collaboration with developers outside the local sprint team across various disciplines (Android, iOS, APIs, Web, etc.)
- Lead and manage the delivery of significant components and platform requirements alongside senior engineers and Architects
- Consistently share best practices and enhance processes within and between sprint teams
- Identify technical challenges early and collaborate with the team to devise innovative solutions
- Review pull requests ensuring adherence to Swift and other language conventions
