Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience not included)
- At least 3 years of developing iOS applications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Swift programming language
- Preferred: Masters Degree
- Preferred: 5+ years building iOS applications
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience with Swift
- Preferred: 4+ years experience utilizing open source frameworks
- Preferred: 2+ years familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience as a Tech Lead
Responsibilities
- Develop iOS client code solutions in alignment with product strategy while following engineering best practices and design principles
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, UX/UI Designers, Quality Engineers, and Product Owners to create high-quality, engaging user experiences
- Actively engage in team Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of commitments at the highest caliber
- Serve as a champion for mobile platforms both internally and in external developer communities
- Maintain expertise in mobile development technologies including Swift, Kotlin, and third-party libraries
- Influence group discussions, integrating feedback and communication from the overall team
- Mentor junior and mid-level team members for their professional growth
- Collaborate with developers from various disciplines beyond the local sprint team (including Android, APIs, Web, etc.)
- Take ownership of delivering major components and platform needs in cooperation with senior engineers and architects
- Consistently share best practices and enhance processes across sprint teams
- Identify potential technical challenges early and collaborate with the team to devise innovative solutions
- Review pull requests ensuring compliance with Swift and other programming standards
