Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience not included)
- At least 3 years of experience developing iOS applications
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Swift
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in iOS application development (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience with Swift (preferred)
- 4+ years with open source frameworks (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with AI tools (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with server-driven UI frameworks (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with Agile practices (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop iOS client code solutions that align with Product Strategy and follow best engineering practices, design standards, and principles
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, UX/UI teams, Quality Engineers, Product Owners, and Analysts to create high-performing and user-friendly customer experiences
- Participate in all team Agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of team commitments with the utmost quality
- Advocate for the mobile platform in both internal and external developer communities
- Stay updated with all technologies relevant to mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, third-party libraries, etc.)
- Influence group discussions and integrate feedback from the broader team
- Mentor junior to mid-level team members
- Collaborate with developers outside the local sprint team across various domains (Android, iOS, APIs, Web, etc.)
- Lead the delivery of significant components and platform requirements in partnership with senior engineers and Architects
- Share best practices and enhance processes within and across sprint teams
- Identify technical challenges early and work collaboratively to devise innovative solutions
- Review pull requests to ensure conformity to Swift and other programming idioms
