Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering (excluding internships)
- At least 3 years of experience in developing iOS applications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Swift programming language
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in iOS application development (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience with Swift (preferred)
- 4+ years of familiarity with open-source frameworks (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile methodologies (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Create iOS client code solutions aligned with Product Strategy and best engineering practices
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, UX/UI designers, Quality Engineers, and Product Owners to deliver high-quality and engaging customer experiences
- Engage actively in all team agile ceremonies to ensure timely and quality delivery of team commitments
- Serve as a proactive advocate for the mobile platform within internal and external developer communities
- Commit to continual learning of technologies associated with mobile development (such as Swift, Kotlin, third-party libraries)
- Influence discussions and incorporate feedback from the broader engineering team into projects
- Mentor junior and mid-level team members
- Collaborate with developers from different disciplines (e.g., Android, iOS, APIs, Web)
- Lead the delivery of significant components and platform essentials in partnership with senior engineers and architects
- Share best practices and enhance processes across sprint teams
- Identify technical challenges early and work with the team on innovative solutions
- Review pull requests to ensure compliance with Swift and related language standards
