Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience is not applicable)
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience with open source frameworks (preferred)
- 1+ years of people management experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with Agile practices (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse range of technology projects alongside a team of developers skilled in distributed microservices and full stack systems to develop solutions that address regulatory requirements for the company
- Share insights about current tech trends, actively experiment with new technologies, engage with technology communities, and mentor fellow engineers
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver effective cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially
- Employ programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools and services
