Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years in software engineering (Internship experience excluded)
- At least 1 year of experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Masters Degree preferred
- Over 7 years of experience with technologies like JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go
- 3+ years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure
- 4+ years working with open-source frameworks
- Over 1 year of people management experience
- 2+ years experience in Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Lead a varied portfolio of technology projects alongside a team of developers skilled in distributed microservices and full-stack systems, creating solutions to meet regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on technology trends, engage in testing and learning new technologies, and contribute to both internal and external tech communities while mentoring fellow engineers
- Work collaboratively with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions that enhance financial empowerment for millions of Americans
- Utilize programming languages and tools including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, Open Source RDBMS, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and various AWS services
