Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience (Internship experience does not count)
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- Over 7 years of experience in one of the following languages: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud Platform (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in people management (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse portfolio of technology projects and manage a team of developers skilled in distributed microservices and full stack systems to create solutions that satisfy regulatory requirements.
- Share enthusiasm for exploring tech trends, experimenting with new technologies, and participate in technology communities while mentoring fellow engineers.
- Work closely with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud solutions that enhance customer experiences and help millions achieve financial empowerment.
- Employ programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, along with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes), and various AWS tools and services.
