Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience is excluded)
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Preferred: Masters Degree
- 7 years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Rust, or Go
- 3 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service
- 4 years of experience in open source frameworks
- 1 year of people management experience
- 2 years of experience in Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse range of technology projects and manage a team of developers skilled in distributed microservices and full stack systems to deliver solutions that address the companys regulatory requirements
- Share enthusiasm for current technology trends, engage in experimentation with new tools, participate in technology communities, and mentor fellow engineers
- Collaborate with digital product managers to produce robust cloud-based solutions that provide impactful experiences, helping millions of Americans attain financial empowerment
- Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Rust, and Go, alongside Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, as well as Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools and services
