Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in DevOps Engineering (Internship experience not included)
- At least 3 years of expertise in Cloud Native technologies (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- A minimum of 4 years of Unix or Linux system administration experience
- 7+ years of DevOps Engineering experience (preferred)
- 4+ years of coding and scripting experience (Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, Perl, or Ruby) (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience with Apache Mesos, Marathon, or Apache Spark (preferred)
- 4+ years utilizing build and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker) (preferred)
- 2+ years working with distributed database systems (e.g., Cassandra, ElasticSearch) (preferred)
- 2+ years deploying clustered web services (preferred)
- 2+ years working within Agile Development Practices (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Spearhead a diverse array of technology projects, guiding a team of developers well-versed in machine learning, distributed microservices, and full-stack systems to create solutions that comply with the companys regulatory requirements
- Share enthusiasm for trending technologies, actively experimenting and learning new skills, while mentoring fellow engineers
- Collaborate with digital product managers to develop robust cloud-based solutions that enhance financial empowerment for millions of Americans
- Employ programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Ruby, and Go, along with container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, and configuration management tools including Ansible and Terraform, alongside a variety of AWS tools and services
