Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply)
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Preferred: Masters Degree
- Over 7 years of experience in at least one of the following: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
- 4+ years of experience with open-source frameworks
- 1+ years of experience integrating large language models and agent tooling into existing software development lifecycles and CI/CD pipelines
- 1+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex, multi-step workflows and orchestration frameworks
- 2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Oversee a range of diverse tech projects and manage a team of developers skilled in distributed microservices and full stack systems to create solutions that address regulatory requirements
- Share enthusiasm for keeping up with tech trends, experimenting with new technologies, engaging in both internal and external tech communities, and mentoring fellow engineers
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that provide impactful experiences and help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment
- Utilize various programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, along with Open Source databases and Container Orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as a variety of AWS tools
- Implement advanced testing methodologies and tools to automate test case generation, execution, and analysis, significantly enhancing the development and quality assurance process
