Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience guiding and overseeing cybersecurity concepts
- At least 3 years of conducting cybersecurity risk assessments and architecture reviews
- Minimum 3 years of expertise in architecture, software design, networking, or cloud infrastructure
- Bachelors Degree (preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in architecture, software design, networking, or cloud infrastructure (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience securing a public cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience using Agile methodologies (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise monitoring (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in web application security (preferred)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Information Security contact for a range of voice and customer service technology assets
- Plan and deliver proactive Information Security consulting to business and technology teams in areas such as Infrastructure Security, Data Security, and User Access Management
- Act as a subject matter expert on our Information Security capabilities, policies, and standards
- Encourage stakeholders to adopt security solutions and integrate security measures into development processes
- Escalate and manage cyber security risks effectively
- Offer support on urgent Information Security issues for the business
- Regularly communicate with executive leadership regarding the Information Security status and risk landscape
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and requirements for optimal service delivery
