Requirements
Must:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Java or Python
- At least 4 years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- A minimum of 4 years of experience troubleshooting IGA rules, workflows, and customizations
- 4+ years of experience in databases, writing SQL queries for data extraction
- 4+ years of experience resolving end-user issues
Responsibilities
- Identify automation opportunities, assess new tools, and lead the implementation of technologies that enhance organizational value
- Foster strong partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project status
- Assist in the launch and onboarding of new applications
- Take charge of the overall delivery of software components that align with functional specifications and product requirements
- Automate both component and integration tests
- Collaborate with tech leads to ensure cohesive end-to-end design and delivery
- Exhibit knowledge of secure coding practices
- Embrace and experiment with new open source technologies and frameworks to address business challenges
- Be adaptable in a full stack team and manage all facets of business application delivery
- Aid in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents related to the system
- Support operations with change and incident management processes
