Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- Minimum 6 years of experience with build and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory)
- At least 4 years of experience in test automation
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working with AWS
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a team
Responsibilities
- Ensure strong grasp of software quality assurance principles covering security, performance, and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including product owners and engineers, to ensure the final outcome aligns with all requirements and that suitable testing is arranged
- Convert business requirements into quality specifications and guide the product team on quality assurance
- Provide leadership to technical teams to ensure solutions are approached with a quality mindset
- Continually enhance software engineering methodologies
- Monitor and ensure the integrity of test plans, test cases, test matrices, and bug reporting
- Engage within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and sustain technical solutions utilizing a complete range of development tools and technologies
- Direct the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions
- Maintain enthusiasm for staying informed about technology trends, experimenting with new tools, engaging in technology communities, and mentoring fellow engineering professionals
- Foster innovation, the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, inclusivity, creative thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity
