Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification
- Minimum 6 years of experience utilizing build and deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory
- At least 4 years of experience with AWS
- A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role overseeing a team
- 5+ years of experience with Cisco network hardware and software (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience with Python or Ansible scripting (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design and architect network infrastructure tailored to business requirements
- Create Bill of Materials and obtain vendor quotations
- Order and install network circuits
- Set up routers, SD-WAN routers, switches, and Out of Band management along with other networking equipment
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance network efficiency
- Implement security protocols to safeguard the network from threats
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity and performance challenges
- Ensure networks are updated with the latest technology and scalable as the organization grows
- Work with various networking technologies including LANs, WANs, SDWANs, VPNs, cloud networking, and wireless networks for seamless communication and data transfer
- Employ automation and scripting as necessary to enhance operations
- Utilize hardware brands such as Cisco, Versa SDWAN, and Lantronix
