Requirements
Must:
- High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent certificate
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with build and deployment tools (such as Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory)
- At least 4 years of experience with AWS
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a team
- 7+ years of experience in developing and implementing network security infrastructure (including Firewalls and AWS Security Groups) is preferred
- 5+ years of experience with AWS is advantageous
- Over 2 years of experience in scripting with Python or Ansible is beneficial
- More than 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies is appreciated
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners to grasp the desired functionalities of applications and testing scenarios
- Persistently enhance software engineering methodologies
- Operate within and across Agile teams to design, develop, implement, and support comprehensive technical solutions utilizing various development tools and technologies
- Take lead in ensuring the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions
- Maintain a keen interest in technological advancements, experiment with new technologies, engage with internal and external tech communities, and mentor fellow engineers
- Foster an environment that encourages innovation, the use of cutting-edge technologies, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity of thought
- Leverage scripting languages like Python and BASH, alongside automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform, as well as a range of AWS services
