Lead Machine Learning Engineer, AI/ML Focus

- Engage with multiple disciplines such as Operations, Modeling, and Data Engineering as part of the role - Design and implement ML models and components to address real-world business challenges in collaboration with Product and Data Science teams - Utilize your knowledge of ML modeling techniques to inform infrastructure decisions, including model choice, data, feature selection, and validation - Address complex issues by writing and testing application code, developing ML models, and automating tests and deployment processes - Work within a cross-functional Agile team to create and enhance software that supports cutting-edge big data and ML applications - Retrain, maintain, and oversee models in a production environment - Build or utilize cloud-based architectures and technologies to deploy optimized ML models at scale - Create efficient data pipelines to feed ML models - Adopt best practices in continuous integration and continuous deployment to facilitate successful deployment of ML models and applications - Maintain high standards in code management to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure models are governed according to best practices in Responsible and Explainable AI - Use programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java in your work
