Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering (internship experience not applicable)
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- 7 years of experience in one of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go (preferred)
- 3 years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure (preferred)
- 4 years of experience using open source frameworks (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in a leadership role (preferred)
- 2 years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead a variety of technology projects and manage a team of developers skilled in distributed microservices and full stack systems
- Develop solutions that align with regulatory requirements for the company
- Stay abreast of technology trends and engage in learning and experimenting with new tools
- Participate actively in both internal and external technology communities
- Mentor fellow engineers to foster growth and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with digital product managers to construct effective cloud-based solutions
- Create impactful experiences that empower millions of Americans financially
- Utilize various programming languages and technologies including Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, and numerous AWS tools
