Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 4 years professional software engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply)
- At least 1 year experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- Over 7 years of experience in at least one of the following: JavaScript, React, Angular, Node, TypeScript, or Java (preferred)
- More than 4 years of experience with open source frameworks (preferred)
- At least 1 year of people management experience (preferred)
- Over 2 years of experience in Agile practices (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of developers experienced in distributed microservices and full stack systems
- Engage in software development for Front End Applications utilizing a test-driven development methodology
- Take ownership of technical design and development for cross-functional, multi-platform application systems
- Share enthusiasm for keeping up with tech trends, exploring new technologies, and mentoring fellow engineering community members
- Partner with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that enhance user experiences for millions of Americans pursuing financial empowerment
- Employ programming languages such as JavaScript (Angular, React, Node), HTML/CSS, TypeScript, and Java, utilizing open source frameworks and RESTful web services while ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
