Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of 4 years experience in DevOps Engineering (Internship experience excluded)
- Minimum of 3 years experience with Cloud Native technologies (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Minimum of 4 years Unix or Linux system administration experience
- Preferred: Over 7 years of experience in DevOps Engineering
- Preferred: 4+ years of coding and scripting experience (Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, Perl, Ruby)
- Preferred: 4+ years using Apache Mesos, Marathon, or Apache Spark
- Preferred: 4+ years with build and deployment tools (Jenkins, Docker)
- Preferred: 2+ years experience with distributed database systems (Cassandra, ElasticSearch)
- Preferred: 2+ years deploying clustered web services
- Preferred: 2+ years in Agile Development Practices
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse portfolio of technology projects while managing a team of developers skilled in machine learning, distributed microservices, and full-stack systems to develop regulatory solutions for the company
- Stay updated with technology trends and engage in community learning and mentorship within the engineering team
- Work closely with digital product managers to deliver effective cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans financially
- Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Ruby, and Go alongside Container Orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, Configuration Management tools like Ansible and Terraform, and AWS services
