Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- Over 7 years of expertise in at least one programming language (Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js)
- 2 or more years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
- At least 4 years working with open source frameworks
- Over 1 year of experience in managing teams (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience using Agile methodologies (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse range of technology projects while managing a skilled team of developers specialized in distributed microservices and full stack systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for keeping abreast of technological advances, experimenting with novel technologies, and contributing to tech communities while mentoring fellow engineers
- Collaborate closely with digital product managers to create effective cloud solutions that enhance user experiences, helping millions achieve financial empowerment
- Use programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, along with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, as well as container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes and various AWS tools
