Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience is not included)
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Masters Degree (Preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js
- 2+ years of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or others
- 4+ years of experience with open source frameworks
- 1+ years of experience in people management
- 2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse range of technology projects and manage a team of developers experienced in distributed microservices and full-stack systems to create compliance solutions for the organization
- Share enthusiasm for keeping up with technology trends, experimenting with and adopting new technologies, engaging in technology communities, mentoring fellow engineers, and occasionally reviewing or writing code
- Partner with digital product managers to develop robust cloud-based solutions that enhance the financial well-being of millions of Americans
- Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, along with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools and services
