Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 4 years experience in AI and ML development, or a Masters degree with at least 2 years experience in AI and ML
- Minimum of 4 years programming experience in Python, Go, Scala, or Java
- 6 years experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or similar
- Experience in designing, developing, and supporting AI services
- Proficiency in developing AI algorithms using Python, C++, C#, Java, or Golang
- Depth of experience in optimizing AI systems for performance and cost efficiency
- Enthusiasm for keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI research and applications
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, scientists, and managers to create AI-driven products that enhance associate workflows and customer engagements
- Design, develop, test, launch, and maintain AI software components including training foundational models, performing large language model inference, conducting similarity searches, implementing guardrails, and overseeing model evaluation
- Utilize various Open Source and SaaS AI technologies including AWS Ultraclusters and PyTorch to build solutions
- Innovate and deploy advanced LLM optimization methods to enhance scalability, cost-efficiency, and processing speed of large-scale production AI systems
- Contribute to the strategic vision and future development of AI foundational systems within our organization
