Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or a Masters degree with relevant experience
- At least 4 years of experience developing AI and ML algorithms or technologies for Bachelors degree holders, or 2 years for Masters degree holders
- Minimum 4 years of programming experience with Python, Go, Scala, or Java
- Proven experience in deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Familiarity with designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining AI services
- Experience in developing AI and ML algorithms using programming languages such as Python, C++, C#, Java, or Golang
- Background in optimizing training and inference software to enhance hardware utilization and reduce latency and costs
- Strong foundational knowledge in engineering and mathematics with an ability to identify optimization opportunities
- Enthusiasm for keeping up with the latest advancements in AI research and applying new techniques effectively
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, research scientists, and product managers to develop AI products that transform interactions
- Design, create, test, implement, and maintain AI software components encompassing various aspects such as foundation model training and model evaluation
- Utilize a wide array of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies for project implementation
- Create and apply advanced LLM optimization techniques to enhance performance metrics of large-scale AI systems
- Contribute to the overarching technical strategy and long-term vision for foundational AI systems at our organization
