Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 7 years in Software Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience with Machine Learning Systems and Infrastructure
- Masters Degree preferred
- Over 7 years of experience with Python, Java, Go, and SQL is a plus
- More than 6 years of experience in deploying machine learning models
- Ability to deploy Machine Learning models in large production environments
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on prompt engineering and model optimization
- Over 3 years of experience with Kafka, Airflow, Spark, AWS Glue/Kinesis
- Over 3 years of experience with Databricks or Snowflake
- Knowledge of LLM Ops tooling for model versioning and latency reduction
Responsibilities
- Raise awareness and enhance understanding of contemporary technologies, illustrating benefits to garner support
- Collaborate to tackle Capital Ones significant challenges, fulfilling business needs that affect our customers and associates
- Foster an inclusive environment that values diverse ideas while leveraging expertise to enhance team skills
- Cultivate a culture of engineering excellence, promoting solution reuse and inner-sourcing
- Communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders throughout the organization
- Serve as a trusted advisor in your technological domain, shaping use cases and implementations cohesively
- Spearhead talent development within Tech, mentoring internal staff and actively recruiting external candidates
