Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in application architecture and design patterns
- At least 5 years of experience with architectural frameworks (SOA), building APIs, microservices, event streams, and high-throughput systems
- Masters Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
- Over 10 years of experience collaborating with business leaders regarding architectural implications
- 4+ years of experience architecting cloud-native architectures on public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- 5+ years with DevOps or DevSecOps and experience in building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, focusing on enterprise-level systems design and implementation
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and design patterns
- 3+ years in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- High proficiency in modern programming languages and data processing frameworks
- 3+ years of experience with data strategy, AI, and ML technologies
- AWS Solution Architect - Professional or Associate certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Foster awareness and increase understanding of modern technologies, promoting their adoption across teams
- Balance expertise with inclusivity, allowing team members ideas to be voiced and valued
- Cultivate a culture of engineering excellence by reusing and innersourcing solutions
- Communicate effectively with and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Serve as a trusted advisor within specific technology domains, guiding use cases and implementation
- Lead initiatives to develop the next generation of tech talent, mentoring internal personnel and recruiting external candidates
