Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development
- At least 5 years of experience in managing teams
- Masters Degree (preferred)
- CISSP certification (preferred)
- 10 years of experience in software development (preferred)
- 4 years of experience with AWS (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in Agile methodologies (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop multiple teams of product-driven software engineers
- Mentor and support the professional and technical growth of your team members
- Collaborate with product leaders to establish strategy, roadmap, and architectural direction
- Oversee a variety of technology platforms and projects to create scalable applications that satisfy customer needs
- Continuously enhance software engineering methodologies
- Work within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain technical solutions throughout the full development stack
- Ensure the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of the solutions developed
- Stay abreast of technological trends, experiment with new technologies, engage in internal and external tech communities, and guide fellow engineers
- Foster innovation, integration of advanced technologies, collaboration, and a diverse work environment
