Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of software development experience
- At least 5 years of experience in managing teams
- Masters Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred)
- Over 10 years of software development experience (preferred)
- More than 5 years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in launching products from inception (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop multiple teams of software engineers focused on product delivery
- Mentor and enhance the technical and professional growth of team members
- Collaborate with product managers to define application features and testing scenarios
- Strive for continual improvement in software engineering practices
- Collaborate within Agile teams to design, develop, test, and implement full-stack technical solutions
- Oversee the craftsmanship, reliability, resilience, and scalability of solutions
- Stay updated with technology trends, engaging in learning and community activities, while mentoring peers
- Foster an environment of innovation, teamwork, and inclusion
- Work collaboratively to enhance team velocity
- Spearhead the deployment of new and existing applications in AWS environments
- Deconstruct existing monolithic applications into microservices and develop new microservices
