- Currently pursuing or have obtained a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related fields, or hold an M.S. with 4 years of relevant experience in Applied Research - Proficient in open-source programming languages and familiar with developing AI foundation models using various tools and cloud platforms - Significant experience in building large deep learning models focusing on language, images, events, or graphs - Expertise in training optimization, self-supervised learning, robustness, explainability, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) - Strong grasp of AI methodologies and the technical aspects of machine learning - Proven record of delivering models at scale with respect to both training data and inference volumes - Ability to produce and contribute to research with potential for published work in reputable journals or conferences - Capacity to independently manage a research agenda and undertake impactful long-term projects - Creative problem solver who challenges conventional wisdom and pursues talent development initiatives within the team and beyond
