Requirements
Must:
- Currently pursuing or recently obtained a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related fields, or a Masters with 4 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience in applied research with AI methodologies
- Proficient in large-scale deep learning models and techniques such as training optimization, self-supervised learning, robustness, and explainability
- Strong engineering mindset with a history of delivering scalable models
- Proven ability to innovate in machine learning and contribute fresh ideas
- Deep understanding of AI principles and methodologies
- Experience in developing libraries, platform-level, or solution-oriented code for existing products
- Demonstrated capacity to autonomously manage a research agenda and choose impactful problems to solve
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, software engineers, machine learning engineers, and product managers to develop AI-enhanced products that transform customer engagement
- Utilize a diverse range of technologies including Pytorch, AWS Ultraclusters, and Huggingface to extract insights from extensive datasets
- Construct AI foundational models through entire development phases, from design and training to evaluation and implementation
- Conduct significant applied research to bring cutting-edge AI innovations into future customer experiences
- Use strong interpersonal abilities to simplify complex concepts into clear business objectives
