Requirements
Must:
- Currently holding or pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or applicable fields, or an M.S. in the same fields with 2 years of applied research experience
- Significant experience with open-source programming languages and cloud platforms
- Solid knowledge of AI methodologies and deep learning
- Proven ability to develop large-scale deep learning models, including training optimization, self-supervised learning, robustness, and explainability
- Experience releasing libraries or platform-level code contributing to existing products
- Ability to autonomously manage a research agenda and handle long-term projects
- A demonstrated history of producing high-quality, innovative ideas in machine learning, as shown through publications or projects
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a diverse team that includes data scientists, software engineers, machine learning specialists, and product managers to create AI-driven products that enhance customer interaction with their finances
- Utilize a wide array of technologies, including PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, and more, to extract insights from extensive datasets
- Oversee all phases of AI foundation model development, from initial design through training, evaluation, and deployment
- Conduct impactful applied research to integrate groundbreaking AI advancements into improved customer experiences
- Effectively communicate technical complexities to align them with actionable business objectives
