Windchill Technical Lead

As the Windchill Technical Lead/Architect, I will expect you to analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs for Windchill customizations and integrations. You will create and maintain a robust technical architecture for the Windchill environment, focusing on scalability and performance. Defining data mapping and workflows within the Windchill system to optimize data management will be part of your role. You will lead our development team in customizing Windchill functionalities, including workflows, user interfaces, and data structures. Overseeing the implementation process to ensure proper configuration, data migration, and system integration is critical. You will monitor development progress, address technical challenges during implementation, and establish quality standards for Windchill development and testing procedures. Conducting thorough testing of customizations and integrations to identify and resolve defects, reviewing and approving code changes, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers are also key responsibilities. You will assign tasks effectively and manage team workloads to meet project deadlines while fostering collaboration with stakeholders and communicating technical details clearly to business users.
