Requirements

Must:
- 8-12 years of experience in the development and configuration of Windchill PLM - 5-7 years of experience in leading projects with Windchill expertise - Strong technical proficiency in PTC Windchill PLM products - Extensive knowledge of Windchill PDMLink, ProjectLink, and PartsLink - Experience with Windchill configuration and customizations - Proficient in Java J2EE technologies, Spring, Hibernate, and frameworks - Solid understanding of Windchill Part Management, Change Management, and Workflow modules - Experience with PTC Creo and other PTC software - Knowledge of Windchill Bulk Migration for data migration - Strong debugging capabilities - Ability to write SQL queries and manage database procedures; understanding of database administration and design - Effective communication and interpersonal skills; strong analytical abilities

Responsibilities

- Analyze business needs and convert them into comprehensive technical designs for Windchill customizations and integrations - Develop and maintain a robust technical architecture for the Windchill environment with a focus on scalability and performance - Define data mapping and workflows within the Windchill system to enhance data management - Lead development teams in customizing Windchill functionalities, including workflows, user interfaces, and data structures - Supervise the implementation process, ensuring correct configuration, data migration, and system integration - Monitor progress during development and tackle technical challenges that arise - Establish quality benchmarks for Windchill development and testing practices - Conduct thorough tests on customizations and integrations to detect and fix issues - Review and endorse code modifications to sustain code quality and uniformity - Offer technical support and mentorship to junior Windchill developers on the team - Allocate tasks efficiently and oversee team workload to meet project deadlines - Promote collaboration within the development team and among other stakeholders - Clearly communicate technical details to business users and project stakeholders - Gather requirements from business users and convert them into precise technical specifications - Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables - Stay informed about the latest Windchill versions and features to keep the system optimized
