I am seeking a candidate with 12-15 years of experience in implementing Teamcenter PLM solutions for various clients. Applicants must be U.S. citizens due to ITAR-related work, and the ability to acquire and maintain a secret clearance will be advantageous. I require technical expertise in Teamcenter modules such as Engineering Data Management, BOM Management, and Change Management. The ideal candidate should possess experience in Active Workspace configuration and customization, Teamcenter architecture, and data model configuration. Skills in aligning business requirements with the PLM/Teamcenter framework, as well as Teamcenter solution design for both client and server, and integration with third-party applications such as SAP4Hana, NX, and ECAD tools are essential. Furthermore, experience in installing, configuring 2-Tier and 4-Tier clients, file management server, dispatcher server, CAD integration, and root cause analysis for application issues is necessary. Candidates should also have experience in Teamcenter client customization, server SOA customization, and declarative UI configuration (Active Workspace). A strong knowledge of web technologies such as XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, Teamcenter ITK, SOA programming, and web service architecture is also required. A solid understanding of SDLC, Agile processes, and a strong customer focus, along with the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities, are vital. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are crucial.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to design and implement end-to-end solutions for the Teamcenter application based on specific requirements. Your responsibilities will include drafting design documents for Teamcenter-based implementations, supporting application teams during Teamcenter upgrades, and assisting with the migration of Teamcenter clients from RAC to Active Workspace. As a team member on IT software projects utilizing the Teamcenter platform, I would like you to share your expertise on how to efficiently customize Teamcenter and identify optimizations for existing customizations. You will also be responsible for learning and teaching design and quality standards for Teamcenter customization while ensuring governance.
