Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of background in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related domains
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and contemporary ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn)
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) for deploying and monitoring models
- Experienced with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS) and scalable data engineering practices
- Strong grasp of probability theory, statistics, and experimental design methodologies (A/B Testing)
- Knowledge of collaborative software engineering practices (Agile, DevOps)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Knowledge Graphs in AI/ML workflows (preferred)
- Practical exposure to LLMs (such as GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Claude) and Generative AI technologies (preferred)
- Background in Retail and Personalization Web Technologies (preferred)
- Understanding of digital ecosystems and data-driven decision-making (preferred)
- Skilled in BI tools and data visualization (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine predictive and prescriptive models to derive insights and enhance decision-making
- Leverage deep learning and neural network techniques for customer classification, segmentation, and tailored experiences
- Utilize MLOps practices to efficiently deploy, monitor, and sustain ML models in a production environment
- Implement and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI for automation and user engagement
- Investigate and integrate knowledge graphs to enhance data interconnectivity and improve AI-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with data engineers to create and develop robust data pipelines for extensive ETL processing using SQL and cloud-based solutions (preferably GCP)
- Write intricate SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), and establish CI/CD workflows to automate model training, deployment, and monitoring
- Engage in an Agile/DevOps setting, fostering a data-centric culture and effectively communicating complex methodologies and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
