Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with over 10 years of experience as an Analyst in Manufacturing. You should possess functional expertise in PLM applications and have a thorough understanding of business processes, workflows, and integration. Experience in Bill of Materials (BOM), Part Definition, Configuration Management, Change Management, CAD Integration, and Manufacturing Engineering is essential. You should also demonstrate experience in conducting requirements analysis and documenting business processes using process management tools. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with the project lifecycle, particularly in BOM and part definition in sectors such as aerospace, low volume/high mix, and complex configuration management, are crucial. Familiarity with either 3DX or Teamcenter is mandatory, with experience in both being a plus.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage BOM and part definitions. You will conduct requirements analysis, process mapping, and provide your expertise on PLM and CAD within Manufacturing Engineering. Your tasks include business process mapping across different PLM modules, creating process flows with value streams, functions, and capabilities, and developing requirement-to-process fulfillment charts. Furthermore, you will focus on process models, identify gaps, and create current (As-is) and future (To-be) functional layouts pertaining to BOM and parts definition.
