Requirements
Must:
- 5-7 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow development best practices, such as application scoping, data segregation, and optimizing performance.
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including server-side and client-side JavaScript, as well as Glide APIs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow configurations and custom applications.
- Work closely with the architect and business analysts to clarify project requirements.
- Engage in technical design reviews and contribute to documentation of best practices.
- Manage and refine update sets and release processes alongside technical documentation.
- Assist in the ongoing enhancement and optimization of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
