Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
- Ability to obtain and sustain an active Government Security Clearance.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in a business analyst or comparable role.
- Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst for ServiceNow application development.
- Strong comprehension of ITIL processes and the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience, including leading Scrum teams.
- Background in gathering and documenting business needs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Proven experience conducting workshops, user interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills.
- Understanding of ServiceNow reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Experience as a people manager with the ability to mentor teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the review and delegation of tasks for development sprints, testing, or other timeframes.
- Facilitate daily stand-up and weekly status meetings, aiding the project team in scheduling and resource allocation.
- Propel progress towards project goals by ensuring each team member is assigned appropriate tasks, managing timelines and capacities, and addressing challenges.
- Manage user stories and uphold project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans.
- Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers to maintain the Product Backlog.
- Define, evaluate, and enhance performance using KPIs.
- Formulate a strategy to deliver a viable solution.
- Engage in Backlog Refinement, Packaging, Deployment, and Release.
