Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
- Must qualify for and maintain Government Security Clearance.
- Over 4 years of proven experience with enterprise fax solutions, particularly with OpenText RightFax.
- Extensive knowledge in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange/O365 environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise telecommunications technologies such as SIP, FoIP, and cloud fax solutions (RightFax Connect).
- Proficient in database management, especially MS SQL Server.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools like PowerShell and Python is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with IT personnel, vendors, and users.
- Leadership aptitude to guide projects and mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, configuration, and management of the enterprise RightFax server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and robust scalability across clustered and multi-site deployments.
- Strategically plan and implement platform upgrades, introduce new functionalities, and manage version transitions.
- Seamlessly integrate RightFax with a variety of enterprise systems and applications, including Microsoft Exchange/O365, Active Directory, SAP, Oracle, EHR/ERP systems, and telephony infrastructures.
- Provide advanced third-level support and resolution for complex technical challenges, participating in an on-call rotation as needed. Mentor junior engineers and offer technical support to other teams.
- Actively monitor system performance, ensuring optimal uptime and enhancing system efficiency to improve business communications.
- Implement and uphold data privacy and security standards related to document transmission, including compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and SOX, as well as disaster recovery planning and capacity management.
- Develop comprehensive infrastructure design and operational documentation, while managing all aspects of vendor relationships, including professional services and support tickets.
