Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a dedicated DevOps or Security Architecture role.
- Proven experience as an architect designing and implementing secure CI/CD pipelines for complex enterprise applications, particularly with PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, Aras).
- Extensive knowledge of security principles and practices, including network security, application security, data security, identity and access management (IAM), and encryption.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and securing cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Harness), configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and automated DevOps frameworks and CI/CD pipelines tailored for PLM applications.
- Automate the build, test, deployment, and configuration management of PLM customizations, integrations, and upgrades.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive security architectures for PLM environments, focusing on data encryption, access control, and identity management.
- Integrate automated security testing and compliance checks into PLM CI/CD pipelines to proactively identify and mitigate security risks.
- Lead the design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for provisioning and managing PLM infrastructure, ensuring consistency and security across environments.
- Establish advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for PLM applications and infrastructure, with a focus on performance and incident response.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal security policies concerning PLM data handling practices.
- Design and implement containerization and orchestration strategies for PLM components to optimize security and scalability.
