Requirements
Must:
- Strong DevOps project exposure working closely with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
- Proven experience as a Technical Scrum Master supporting cloud, platform, DevOps, or infrastructure teams
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery within DevOps environments, including CI/CD, automation, release management, and observability concepts
- Experience collaborating with engineers on backlog refinement for technical tasks such as infrastructure, automation, security, and reliability enhancements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Facilitate multiple Agile teams through the complete Scrum lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Scrum values, roles, events, and artifacts in technical delivery scenarios
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) with an emphasis on engineering execution, workflow, and delivery reliability
- Collaborate closely with DevOps, platform, cloud, and engineering teams to synchronize Agile planning with CI/CD pipelines and release processes
- Mentor teams towards self-organization, cross-functionality, and ongoing improvement in highly automated, DevOps-oriented delivery frameworks
- Recognize and eliminate obstacles pertaining to environments, deployments, automation, dependencies, and release preparedness
