Requirements
Must:
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps Center, along with familiarity with industry-standard DevOps tools
- Proficient understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience in defining, developing, and implementing CI/CD pipelines for code repositories, code management, and deployment processes
- Ability to craft and streamline end-to-end processes according to established methods and best practices
- Track record of providing ongoing training to team members
- Strong capability to generate continuous improvement suggestions as the team progresses
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, demonstrating effective teamwork
- Technical aptitude with a proactive, hands-on approach
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to enhance our Salesforce DevOps practices
- Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to optimize code management and deployment
- Create comprehensive end-to-end processes that reflect industry standards
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills
- Propose and implement strategies for process improvement as the team evolves
- Engage actively with team members, fostering a collaborative environment
- Communicate effectively across various levels of the organization
