Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of professional experience, including 3+ years focused on designing conversational interfaces or virtual agents in the telecom sector.
- Proficient in utilizing Dialogflow CX, encompassing flow design, fulfillment, and testing.
- Strong programming skills in Python for creating webhook services and automation scripts.
- Familiarity with webhooks, RESTful APIs, and backend integration methodologies.
- Acquainted with telecom systems like CRM, billing applications, and IVR.
- Practical experience with Generative AI, Playbooks, and CCAI Insights.
- Knowledge of Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Agent Assist functions.
- Holder of Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Developer, Contact Center AI specialization).
Responsibilities
- Address telecom-specific issues, including call routing, number portability, and service provisioning.
- Utilize analytical tools to monitor conversational performance.
- Employ agile methodologies and design thinking in project execution.
- Understand and apply Google Cloud Platform architecture and services relevant to CCAS.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of conversational interfaces or virtual agents.
