Requirements
Must:
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration and custom application development using APEX code.
- Demonstrable project experience implementing Agentforce, including building and deploying agents and configuring prompts.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and Agentforce Specialist.
- Experience in wireframing and prototyping using CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, and Visualforce.
- Skilled in developing custom user interfaces involving CSS and HTML.
- Familiarity with formal delivery methodologies.
- Ability to gather, develop, and analyze business requirements for Salesforce solution design.
- Proficient in object-oriented programming and design principles related to Salesforce solutions.
- Ability to develop custom applications and execute unit testing using Salesforce APEX and Visualforce pages.
- Experienced in data migration utilizing Salesforce data loading tools.
- Expertise in designing functionalities and web integrations using Apex.
- Competence with Force.com IDE for application deployment and migration.
- Proficient in using Eclipse for development, testing, and code deployment.
- Ability to create process and business flow diagrams, use cases, and training documentation using Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint.
- Experience in supporting and maintaining Salesforce applications for optimal performance.
- Familiar with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Rally.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and integrate applications, frameworks, and tools within a controlled environment.
- Engage in software-specific design and realization for client-specific package-based solutions.
- Conduct testing, deployment, and release management of applications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective and efficient development processes.
- Utilize expertise in Salesforce to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Support business case implementation in production environments through effective application of Agentforce.
- Maintain applications on Salesforce.com to ensure they perform at optimum level.
- Create and present technical documentation and training materials for end-users and business users.
